Responsibilities
Working on a full-time basis and reporting to the Senior Partner, the chosen candidate will be
Responsible for the following duties:
- Design Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of design projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet client specifications and deadlines.
- Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate the efforts of designers, engineers, and other stakeholders, fostering collaboration and communication across departments.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all design outputs meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations and best practices.
- Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the design phase, addressing their needs and incorporating their feedback into project plans.
- Design Review: Conduct regular design reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members and promoting continuous improvement in design practices.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting notes and progress reports.
- Market Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into design processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5 years of experience in design management or project coordination within a design and engineering environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Proficient in design software and tools (Revit preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience in client management and stakeholder engagement.
