Responsibilities

Working on a full-time basis and reporting to the Senior Partner, the chosen candidate will be

Responsible for the following duties:

  • Carry out the duties of an Interior Designer, including concept design and feasibility, schematic,
  • Support the smooth and reliable operation of the Finance Department through accurate bookkeeping, structured financial records and disciplined processes.
  • Process supplier and customer invoices and payments in line with company policies, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely execution.
  • Review, match and record supplier invoices against purchase orders and delivery documentation, resolving discrepancies efficiently and professionally.
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable activities, including invoicing, debtor reconciliations and payment monitoring.
  • Perform bank reconciliations, monitor transactions and support payment runs using secure and approved payment methods.
  • Prepare accounts up to trial balance level and support month-end, periodic reporting and balance sheet preparation.
  • Maintain precise financial records and support audit preparations, ensuring data integrity and compliance at all times.
  • Support the CFO and senior finance stakeholders with ad-hoc reporting, analysis and finance-related tasks as required.
  • Communicate confidently with vendors, clients and internal teams to resolve invoice, payment and reconciliation queries.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of finance processes, supporting efficient workflows and informed decision-making across the business.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an accounting or finance role.
  • ACCA part-qualified, currently mid-way through the ACCA qualification, with a clear commitment to professional development.
  • A structured and organised approach to work, with the ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines and remain effective under pressure.
  • Strong working knowledge of Sage and Microsoft Excel.
  • High attention to detail.
