Misurata Waterfront Complex is the construction of a mixed use development, comprising of a hotel, shopping mall, sports and leisure centre, residential low and high rises, car park and marina. The project is situated in Misurata and it is to be built on a site area of 279,930 square metres. The 154 roomed hotel will have a total gross area of approximately 11,360 square metres and it will be supported by an 8,000 square metres shopping mall, 22,000 square metres of offices and leisure centre of 3,500square metres. The residential will consist of approximately 780 units with a gross floor area of around 227,000 square metres. The car park will have an approximate area of 82,000 square metres accommodating approximately 2,300 car parking spaces including 308 lock up garages.
