The Midi project incorporates the revitalisation of Tigne Point and Manoel Island, two prime brown-field sites on the north-eastern coast of Malta. In its entirety, this project comprises residential, commercial, leisure and heritage aspects including luxury apartments, state‐of-the-art offices, retail, sports and leisure facilities, a yacht marina, a casino and a boutique hotel. Leisure elements for the enjoyment of residents and the general public alike include the creation of large open public spaces, sports and leisure facilities, gardens, belvederes, walkways, museums and other cultural attractions.
