Perched overlooking the stunning San Gorg bay and the shimmering Mediterranean Sea, the award-winning restaurant Caviar & Bull has undergone a full renovation that transcends the ordinary, elevating the dining experience to the new heights. The design concept embraced by the renovation team envisioned a dramatic moody fine dining ambiance reminiscent of exclusive supper clubs, with an infusion of elements from both the earth and sea to echo the culinary focus on signature steak and seafood dishes.
As guests step into the newly renovated Caviar & Bull, they are immediately enveloped by an atmosphere of opulence and intrigue. A feature curve wall adorned with charred timber planks, symbolizing the earth, and contrasting brass accents welcomes visitors, setting the tone for the indulgent experience that awaits.
