Townsquare Development is situated in the heart of Sliema. It consists of residential, retail, business, and social spaces. These are all connected within a 7,500 square metres of landscaped areas, gardens and walkways. The project consists of the restoration of Villa Drago, a schedule one building, which will eventually be used for a retail and commercial space. Behind Villa Drago there will be a hotel constructed which will also consist of office and retail spaces. Aside from the commercial structures, a high rise tower of 29 floors will be constructed behind the hotel. This structure will consist of residential and serviced apartments.
