Works consisted of refurbishment of the public areas and restaurants of the Hotel at Nevskij Prospekt No. 57, the demolition and reconstruction of Building 59 into a retail mall, conference and banqueting facilities, approximately 100 additional rooms and suites, executive lounge and a presidential suite. The Project also included structural and related repairs to the façades. The demolition and reconstruction of Building 55 into a retail mall, offices and a double height multiplex cinema.
