This project involves the demolition of the 4 star hotel currently known as the Fortina Hotel in Sliema, excavation of the site, development of 160 high end residential units and 3 levels of car park. Ten floors shall be added to the 5 star hotel. A full refurbishment of the entire hotel and improvements to the tower’s façade will also take place. The existing Lido will be extended and a new multipurpose Conference Hall and a 3,500 sqm Retail Hall will be developed at street level.
