QP led the renovation and redesign of Palazzo Ignazio, which is located in Valletta. The building has historical significance in the front areas of the building and the facade. The development was covered by a planning permit for a boutique hotel for assisted living, which will consist of 24 guest bedrooms, a breakfast/cafeteria area, a SPA room, and a rooftop area with a bar. QP provided an integrated approach to this development including architectural and interior design, structural and business services engineering, and associated site supervision, project and cost management, and archeological and land surveying services.
