The project consists of a Head Office Building for Malta's largest local bank, Bank of Valletta plc. The corner site, positioned in a strategic business location in Mriehel offers ample office space and an underlying car park and is used as a Centre of corporate operations. The new BOV Centre is the result of the bank’s process to centralise most of its non-branch units under one roof. BOV Centre is a hybrid building, constructed with concrete and derivatives from ground floor down and with a steel infrastructure with concrete encasing from the ground floor up. QP acted as Project, Cost and Construction Managers for this new build development.
