The development is a Life Science Centre to support early stage and growing businesses. The project consists of a Research and Development Facility for life sciences and information technology development. It is designed to promote research and development and to spur growth of the life sciences sector in Malta It includes sixty one laboratories directed towards the biological and chemical research and development. These are supported with conference and meeting facilities. It also includes food outlets, retail, exhibition space including an auditorium for 150 people, child day care facility, and an underground car park of approximately 850 square metres for a total gross area is approximately 20,000 sqaure metres.
