The Project is a forty-two storey tower located in the centre of Tripoli with a car park across two basement levels and the podium of the building over three upper levels to create a mixed retail and leisure environment. The upper levels consist of commercial accommodation for exhibitions, conferencing and food and beverage outlets. The roof level, at level 4, provide a private garden facing the sea. A number of landscaped courtyards are created at the base of the building. The principle entrance from the main road leads to a public arcade giving both pedestrian and vehicular access to independent entrances for the residential, offices and retail areas. The residential areas cover an area of approximately 62,200sqm, while the offices and retail cover an area of approximately 25,520sqm and 11,390sqm respectively. The project has a total GEA of approximately 180,100sqm and is seeking LEED GOLD Accreditation.
