Providing specialist consultancy to Malta International Airport plc during the design, analysis and implementation stages for the resurfacing of the main runway (Runway 13-31), along a total length of circa 3.350km. The project entailed the scarification and reinstatement of 50mm thickness of the existing asphalt along 15-metre central width (keel section) of the runway (7.5m on either side of the centreline), whilst a 60mm thick intervention on a width of 30-metres was carried out on the touch-down area (on Threshold 31).
